• All prices are displayed in Omani Rials (OMR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to modify product prices, specifications, promotions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

• While we strive to ensure that all product information is accurate, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

• Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

• We accept payment via bank transfer and mobile transfer.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified or if a product becomes unavailable.

• We aim to deliver orders within 1–3 business days across Muscat.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• Free delivery is available for orders above OMR 10 within Muscat.

• Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside Muscat.

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds (full or partial) will be issued once an order has been delivered.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our products, website, or services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.

Unik reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
